Terms of Service

Effective 2026-04-26

1. What VOLTAudit is

VOLTAudit (“we”, “us”) operates an automated security-audit service for Solidity smart contracts. You (“you”, “the user”) submit a contract; our system runs LLM-based agents, static analyzers, and property-based tests against it; we return a report.

2. Reports are informational

VOLTAudit reports are informational only. They do not replace a human security audit and do not guarantee the absence of vulnerabilities. We make no warranty that the report identifies every flaw or that deploying the contract is safe. Use at your own risk.

3. Your obligations

  • You may only submit code you own or have permission to audit.
  • You may not use the service to audit, analyze, or facilitate scams, money-laundering schemes, sanctions-evasion contracts, or contracts whose primary purpose is illegal in your jurisdiction.
  • You will not attempt to overload, reverse-engineer, or exfiltrate the agents, prompts, or model weights.
  • You are responsible for your wallet and account security. We cannot recover lost private keys or refund self-inflicted losses.

4. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the source you submit. We retain ownership of the report's software, prompts, and infrastructure. You may publish the report VOLTAudit produces; we may reference anonymized audit metrics in marketing material.

5. Limitation of liability

VOLTAudit's total liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the amount you paid for the specific audit in question. We are not liable for consequential losses, including but not limited to losses caused by deploying audited contracts that nonetheless contained vulnerabilities.

6. Termination

We may suspend access for any account that violates these terms, attempts abuse, or repeatedly submits contracts in violation of section 3. You may stop using the service at any time.

7. Changes

We will update these terms as the service evolves out of beta. Material changes will be linked from the homepage and announced to users with active audits.

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VOLTAudit's operating entity is incorporated. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be addressed via the operator's local courts. Contact info@devoltfi.com for service of notice.
