Refund Policy

Effective 2026-04-26

1. Automatic refunds on audit failure

ETH payments are held in escrow until the audit completes successfully. If the audit fails — pipeline error, model timeout, compile error, or any other reason your report cannot be produced — the escrow contract refunds your wallet automatically. No action is required on your part. The refund transaction is visible on the audit's status page once it confirms on-chain.

2. Completed audits

Once a report is delivered, the payment is non-refundable. This includes audits where:

  • The report contains zero findings.
  • You disagree with the severity rating or recommendations.
  • You believe a finding is a false positive.

We document our methodology and confidence scoring in every report so you can evaluate the analysis. If you believe a delivered report was materially wrong, contact us and we will review the case individually.

3. Disputed charges

If you initiate a chargeback or wallet dispute without first contacting us, we may suspend your account pending resolution. Reach out by email first — most cases resolve within a day.

4. Beta caveat

VOLTAudit is in beta. If our infrastructure goes down or a payment is held in escrow longer than expected, contact info@devoltfi.com with your transaction hash and we will manually clear it.

5. Contact

Refund questions: info@devoltfi.com. Include your audit job ID (visible on the audit status page).
